I o n a n a l y s i s 863 Compact VA Autosampler Economic automation for voltammetric trace analysis 863 Compact VA Autosampler The 863 Compact VA Autosampler is ideal for the easy automation of VA systems. It offers a space-saving and economic possibility for automating voltammetric trace analyses in combination with the 797 VA Computrace. Small numbers of similar samples can be analyzed with high accuracy. Up to 18 samples can be processed automatically in one run. The built-in peristaltic pump transfers the sample solution from the sample vessel on the rack of the 863 Compact VA Autosampler into the 797 VA Computrace’s measuring vessel. All auxiliary solutions required for the voltammetric determination are added by Dosinos during the measuring procedure. The two pumps of the connected 843 Pump Station empty and rinse the measuring vessel after each determination. The 863 Compact VA Autosampler offers two preprogrammed methods that can be selected via the built-in keyboard. A large LCD display keeps the user informed about the status of the sample changer. The expansion of existing, manually operated 797 VA Computrace systems with the 863 Compact VA Autosampler and 843 Pump Station is possible without further ado. Apart from the power supply cable, just one cable is required to connect the 843 Pump Station to the 797 VA Computrace and get the pumps ready for use. The pumps are controlled by the software of the 797 VA Computrace, which activates the pumps as needed, fully automatically. If one wishes to control the pumps manually, this is also possible via the software of the 797 VA Computrace or the buttons on the 843 Pump Station. To enable its immediate use in voltammetric trace analysis, the 843 Pump Station is delivered with complete accessories.
