The DS2500 Polymer Analyzer package contains all you need to get started. Start immediately thanks to pre-calibrations NIRS (Near-Infrared Spectroscopy) is a secondary method and requires product-specific calibration models. The DS2500 Polymer Analyzer contains pre-calibrations based on real product spectra for the most common solid polymers. Unpack, install, start measuring – that’s it – no prior model development needed. Flexible choice of workplace Due to its robust and compact design, the DS2500 can be used in the laboratory or on the production floor alike. This simplifies your sample logistics and allows you to measure whereever you want. Security against unwanted changes Only authorized users obtain access to the manager mode in our Vision Air software. This mode is used to manage instrument settings, create or change SOPs, and review data. Routine users do not have access and can only start a measurement. Hardly any training required Our intuitive Vision Air software makes the DS2500 Polymer Analyzer easy to use.
