The iris provides for exact centering of the sample increasing the reproducibility of the analysis. A diffuse reflector, made of gold, makes measuring liquid samples possible. The NIRS XDS RapidContent Solids Module extends the scope of application to almost any form of solid sample; whether it be in the form of fine powders, coarser granulates, pellets, or flakes.
