2026 Preventive Maintenance

Maximized uptime, unparalleled results and ease of mind Preventive Maintenance can be part of Metrohm maintenance agreement and puts the focus on what is important to you – performance. Critical components become worn and contaminated over time which leads to component failure and inconsistent performance. Metrohm Process Analytics recommends having a Preventive Maintenance service at least once a year.

During the Preventive Maintenance visit the Service Engineer will replace all wearing parts and careful y inspect the entire system for problems to help you correct an issue before it affects your productivity.

1. Peristaltic Pump Maintenance Replacement of the pump tubing and inspection of the rol er-carrier.

2. Burette Maintenance

Ensures accurate analysis results (reagent delivery) with replacement of glass cylinder and piston.

3. Burette Valve Maintenance

Replacement of rotor/stator combination ensuring accurate analysis results.

4. Reaction Vessel maintenance Cleaning of the vessel prevents carry-over, stirrer bar replacement prevents unstable results and replacement of the O-ring set ensuring safe and accurate operation.

5. Sample & Drain Valve check Valve check ensuring trouble free daily operation.

6. Electrode check

Electrode check ensures trouble free operation and correct analysis results.

Software & Firmware Updates Certified

As necessary, we will update your software and firmware to the newest Metrohm

versions for your platform to ensure you have the latest set of features.
